Polský úřad pro hospodářskou soutěž a ochranu spotřebitele potvrdil své rozhodnutí udělit bance PKO BP pokutu za klamavou reklamu týkající se jejího termínovaného vkladu „Max Lokata“. Pokuta ve výši 5,7 mil PLN byla původně uložena v prosinci roku 2008.
