Which services on www.patria.cz are free and which are paid?
80% of the Patria.cz web pages are free and so is the registration on www.patria.cz. Once you have registered, you can start using specialized services and information, such as real time stock prices of the Prague Stock Exchange, set up an exercise portfolio, have information sent to your e-mail address, get access to the full media monitoring or create your “own” Patria pages. The paid content of Patria Plus and Investor Plus is designer for both corporate clients and individual investors with a keen interest in managing their financial resources actively and in receiving exclusive products and services.
How do I know which services are best for me? What is the difference between
Patria Plus
and
Investor Plus
?
If you would like to have access to information about equity markets or if you want to have news sent to your e-mail address or use other services, register for our free version of www.patria.cz. However, in order to benefit fully from detailed information, analyses etc., register for the paid version . Patria Plus is the complete version aimed mainly at companies. Investor Plus is designed specifically for investors and does not contain all the Patria Plus information. The difference is in the scope of information provided and in the price.
If I sign up for a trial period, does the paid period follow automatically?
NO. The trial period ends 2 weeks after a successful sing-up and if you are interested in one of the paid versions, you have to confirm it actively.
Do I get access to all data and information within the trial period or are there some limitations.
During the trial period almost all services are available with the exception of equity, economic and treasury Databank. It is also not possible to download analyses (we provide samples) and forecasts are not displayed.
When signing up for a trial period, the system requires filling in detailed billing information. Why if it is only a trial period registration?
This registration saves your time when and if you decide to subscribe to the paid services – there is no need to fill in the data again, but you will be asked to confirm their validity or update them. The data will then serve for billing and invoicing.
I am not able to sign up – the system tells me that the e-mail (or user name, password, etc.) is already in use?
In that case you probably registered on www.patria.cz sometime in the past. If you can remember your registration details, first sign up and then continue to the appropriate section. If you cannot remember your registration details, try using different data or call our helpdesk.
After signing up I received an e-mail which should enable me to activate the access to the services. However, I am not able to activate my account.
Problems encountered when trying to activate your account may be due to several reasons – your mail server (your provider), email programme you are using or individual setting of e-mail services. When activating your account, you have to click on the unique hypertext link in the received e-mail. However, sometimes the link is too long and split into two separate lines in which case the activation will unfortunately not be carried out. Should you encounter any problems, please send the whole activation e-mail to the sender (click „Reply“) and Patria will solve the activation of your account as quickly as possible.
I am sure that I use the correct user name and log-in, however, I am not able to sing up.
In the first place, please check you are signing up at www.patria.cz (and not e.g. on www.patria-direct.cz unless you are a Patria Direct client as well, in which case please read more about associated accounts
here
). To ensure the correct functioning of the website, cookies must be allowed, as they serve for the distinct identification of the currently logged in user in relation to the website. You can check the current status, i.e. whether cookies are allowed or blocked, in Microsoft Internet Explorer in "Tools/Internet Options" in the "Privacy" folder. The standard default settings are recommended (medium level) and if the settings are higher, you should add the URL address of our portal to the list of servers that always have allowed cookies. The settings in other browsers are similar.
What are cookies? Cookies are small files which websites upload to your computer and receive feedback from them. Cookies do not intrude on your privacy, as they are anonymous and they are only able to work with the server that generated them. Most websites commonly use cookies to tailor their services to their clients' needs. In the case of Patria Direct, cookies are used only in their basic form, i.e. as session cookies, when only information serving for user authentication is transferred. Moreover, cookies are not stored on your PC and information is transferred within encrypted transmission, which prevents its misuse.
The company I represent is interested in buying more individual licences. However, each of my colleagues would like to have his individual access to Patria Plus or Investor Plus?
Upon entering the registration process, you can put in the number of licences you wish to purchase into the price calculator. After you have successfully registered, please go to “My Profile” where you can - as an administrator – add or remove licences for individual colleagues up to the number of licences you purchased.
The company I represent is interested in buying more individual licences. However, there should be a universal access for everyone so that there is no need to distribute user names, passwords or to administer the access. At the same time, I am looking for the best price / quantity ratio?
There is a special multilicence scheme especially for these purposes. In this case, the user is not identified and after clicking on the www.patria.cz pages the user is immediately connected and he does not have to sign up individually. However, because the licence is not personalized, some of the services cannot be used (especially mobile and e-mail services). Consultations are also excluded from this type of licence. On the other hand, multilicence offers very interesting price per licence.
How is the payment for the Patria Plus or Investor Plus effectuated?
Once you will have purchased the licence, Patria.cz system automatically generates a pro-forma invoice which is sent to your e-mail address. After the amount is paid, an official invoice is issued and sent by post to the appropriate address.
I am a Patria Direct client and my account is associated with my Patria Online account. How do I pay for Patria Plus or Investor Plus licence?
Patria Direct clients are entitled to a 50% discount off the paid information service. Moreover, an active investor gets the information service for free (for more information please click
here
). Upon ordering Patria Plus or Investor Plus services you can choose the payment method: either via a bank transfer or via a non-trading order from your account at www.patria-direct.cz.
Under which conditions am I entitled to a discount off the Patria Plus or Investor Plus licence?
Patria Plus and Investor Plus services are both affordable products with high-added value. One of the major discounts is a 50% discount for the 1st licence of a Patria Direct client.
Active clients of Patria Direct (i.e. those with more than 100 trades a year) can receive the Investor Plus services for free
. When you order more than one licence, the price calculator will automatically calculate the quantity discount on the basis of a progressive percentage discount of the total amount. For each order worth more than CZK 20,000 (excl. VAT) you may receive a benefit of up to CZK 30,000.
15. Can I change the scope of services when I already have either Patria Plus or Investor Plus?
The number of the paid licences can be increased up to the expiry date of the first licence. For example, if you bought one Patria Plus licence in January and then another licence in July, for this second licence you will only pay for the time remaining until the end of the first licence minus the quantity discount.
How can I prolong the Patria Plus or the Investor Plus licence?
You will receive an informative e-mail 14 days, 3 days before your licence expires and also on the day of the expiry of your licence. In order to keep the continuity of the services, it is necessary to effectuate the payment one day before the expiry of your licence.
Is the use of the website governed by business terms and conditions.
