Industry and Trade Minister Martin Kuba has said will propose Jaromir Novak, a member of Czech Telecommunication Office (CTU) Council, as a candidate for the post of CTU Council chairman to the government. Novak will replace Pavel Dvorak whose term of office as CTU head will expire at end-April. The cabinet could approve Novak for the post next week. But according to information CTK has obtained, agreement on Novak's appointment is not unanimous among ministers. CTU chairman is appointed for a period of three years. /Slightly negative, main task of a new CTU head will be to start the LTE auction as soon as possible. We foresee stricter regulation in coming months that may hurt Telefonica’s business significantly. We reiterate our negative short-term outlook for TEFO2’s shares.
