Bioton – posts profit in 1H10 due to antibiotics divestment

Bioton reported 1H10 net profit of PLN 24.5m versus consensus expectation of PLN -2.6m. The large net profit is due to the discounted operation (Antibiotics segment sale), which lifted the bottom line by PLN 36.5m. 1H10 Sales came in at PLN 125.

Lukoil: CEO opposes buy back of 11.6% stake from Conoco
