KIT digital včera po závěru primárního trhu na Wall Street oznámil zřejmě poslední z řady akvizic. Za 79,4 milionu dolarů koupila firmu ioko365 Ltd. Společnost oznámila, že tímto úspěšně završila plán z roku 2008 na navýšení tržního podílu v segmentu poskytování a správy videa (VAMS) do rozmezí 45-50 %.
