Business Summary: Wikana SA is a Poland-based holding company engaged in the real estate development sector. The Company was established as a result of a merger between Masters SA and WIKANA SA. As of December 31, 2011, it managed a capital group, which is comprised of Wikana Project Sp. z o.o. engaged in residential and commercial buildings development; Wikana Nieruchomosci Sp. z o.o. that manages several projects and special purpose companies engaged in the real estate development in Southern Poland; TBS Wikana Sp. z o.o. that manages real estate and Wikana Bioenergia Sp. z o.o., engaged in the renewable energy sector; and Multiserwis Sp. z o.o., engaged in the retail of shoes and leather goods. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2023, Wikana SA revenues increased 38% to PLN60.2M. Net income increased 16% to PLN9.3M. Revenues reflect Property Developing segment increase of 42% to PLN48.3M, Unallocated segment increase of 43% to PLN8.8M, Rental segment increase of 1% to PLN3.4M. Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from PLN0.40 to PLN0.47.
