Analogue TV broadcasting should be shut down later than planed. Mr. Pavel Dvorak, the head of Telecommunication regulator reiterated that he would push for the new switch-over date of TV analogue broadcasting, according to Czech Press Agency. He repeated that analogue TV broadcasting should be terminated on November 11, 2011, as this date is more realistic than current deadline of October 10, 2010. Our view: We expect a neutral market impact of the news. The current timeline for obligatory switch to digital broadcasting seems ambitious, and we believe that there is a quite good chance of moving the date later.
