ECM’s CEO Milan Janku provided interview for HN daily, however we don’t see any new information. He reiterated growth in NAV of 25% y/y and management guidance for net profit to exceed EUR 20.7m in 2007. He sees possibility for dual listing in the region, most possibly Warsaw stock exchange but this step needs to be linked to the position of the company on the local real estate market. There is no plan to pay out dividends from 2007 profit and he reiterated possibility that was stated at the time of IPO, that company could pay out dividends in 2009. Given current situation on the market, some consolidation could be expected, however the question for is its know-how and capacity to manage such consolidation. ECM’s City Epoque Residence, which was long-debated project on Pankrac in Prague should provide 152 residential units by 2010, while 90 units have already been booked.
