The Fitch rating agency increased CEZ long term rating to A- from the previous BBB while affirmed its short-term rating F2. The outlook remains stable. The increased rating reflects higher electricity prices accompanied by lower operating costs leading to higher operating margin and cash flow generation, The rating also reflects foreign acquisitions. The news may have a positive impact on today’s trading with CEZ’s shares. We reiterate our Hold recommendation.
