The Czech market, while it gained by 0.1%, was still behind the neighboring markets. Index BUX jumped to 1.89% and Polis WIG gained 2.91%. Domestic sellers dominated the market, mainly on CEZ shares, which despite the morning growth to CZK 760 finally closed at CZK 750. Orco was very volatile closing at 10% profit. On the market we saw domestic and foreign investors to buy these shares after target price on Citigroup rose to EUR 80. P. Morris is still going trough profit taking and from the beginning of the year it fell by 1.5%. The biggest fall was noted with Erste shares, where investors were selling their positions while expecting subscription of new shares valued at EUR 2.4bn. Volume of trading was on a normal level around USD 150m.
