CEZ: According to CTK (Czech Press Agency), NPP Temelin will disconnect its 2nd nuclear reactor on 16 December for three weeks, to change part of the turbo generator, which caused vibrations, and for other testing of the equipment. The unit has already been shut down several times because of the above-mentioned defect and has been running with a lower output since July. The block is scheduled to be reconnected to the grid in mid-January. We believe this news is neutral as CEZ can compensate for lower production at its core energy unit with other capacities and will not have any impact on today’s trading. We reiterate our BUY recommendation.
