Czech stocks continued losing ground on Thursday following the bearish sentiment on foreign markets. Local sellers were accompanied by sellers from abroad. The PX-50 index fell by 3% to 421.0 points. Both Komercni banka and CEZ mirrored the trend and each lost 3% on the day. Cesky Telecom led the descent, losing 4.4% to CZK 256. Philip Morris CR seems to be supported at the CZK 9,000 level. Total market volume reached USD 34.4 mil. yesterday.
