The PM is reportedly prepared to explain his activities regarding his property to the public, which could possibly meet Christian Democrats’ (KDU) demands and in return they would stop demanding the PM’s resignation. Nevertheless, Christian Democrats again called for CSSD to replace the PM at their party conference later in March. CSSD MPs reportedly gave KDU until Saturday to stop its demand for the PM to resign. CSSD MPs repeated the demand that the Christian Democrats leave the Cabinet. The president said that he has the feeling that the current coalition cannot continue. Finance Minister, Bohuslav Sobotka, told Pravo daily that as long as the current coalition continues, the privatization of Cesky Telecoms should continues under the approved time schedule. Note that final bids are due by March 29 while the cabinet should chose the winner by March 31.
