According to real estate advisors Cushman&Wakefield/Healy&Baker, investments in new offices increased by 20% y-o-y in 2004 to EUR 330m and are expected to grow still further. Most of the investment is concentrated on Prague where the rates are EUR 18.5 per sqm in the best locations and between EUR 13-17 per sqm in the suburbs.
