The Czech HN daily reports that should the new valuation of the assets to be transferred between CEZ and the National Property Fund differ from than the previous valuation (extremely likely), the assets transfer would require Cabinet approval once again. This confirms our expectations that it will be a new Cabinet (there is a general election on June 14/15) that will decide on the proposed assets transfer.
Separately, today is the record date for CEZ’s June 11 AGM.
