The PX-50 index closed the session unchanged yesterday at 644 points. Most of yesterday’s volume was seen in Cesky Telecom, where international orders were dominant; the stock added 0.3% by the end of the day. Komercni banka faced further foreign selling pressure, but managed to close only with a modest loss of 0.7% and was second most actively traded stock. Unipetrol stabilized after a considerable sell-off earlier in the week, but foreign sell orders continued; the stock closed unchanged on average turnover. Today we expect further profit-taking in most of issues: the market is trading near its all-time high and we do not see any impulse for further growth at the moment. Total volume in the SPAD trading system reached USD 21.5m yesterday.
