The IT minister V. Mlynar said on Friday that the Cabinet is considering all privatization options as regards its 51% stake in Cesky Telecom, including joining TelSource in a sale of its shares (TelSource intends to place its 27% stake on the market). Mr. Mlynar also confirmed that a tag-along agreement with TelSource allows the state to sell half of the share on the public market if TelSource decides to dispose its stake. (Reuters).
The Cabinet and TelSource would hold talks on the matter in the next three weeks and the Cabinet should decide about the issue within a month.
