Today Ceske Radiokomunikace surged once more to reach a high of CZK 271 (up 6.2%). We have to go back to August 2002 to see such a level in the share.
Since Bivideon announced its voluntary bid of CZK 245 last week, the share price increased by almost 15%. (It closed before the announcement at CZK 235.8) The market did see the offer as rather low and Ceske Radiokomikace traded almost immediate in the mid 250ies.
Netla, the minority shareholder with almost 3% couldn’t agree either with the offer. They claimed the price was way to low and called for a shareholders meeting that will take place on July 22. They even consider making an alternative, better offer themselves. Bivideon and Netla are fighting over the company and in the mean time, the share price goes up and up. Good to know, Patria Finance sees the lower end for the fair value of the company at CZK 330.
