* Finish Line Inc. - rose 70 cents, or 4.7 percent, to $15.69. The athletic shoe retailer expects to earn 99 cents to $1.03 a share in fiscal 2004. It had previously expected to earn 96 cents to $1
* Hilton Hotels Corp. - shares of co slumped in after-hours trading as the third-largest U.S. hotel company cut its first-quarter and 2003 profit forecast
* AMR Corp. - fell 4 cents to $1.75. The company's American Airlines may seek bankruptcy protection as early as next week in part because of the Iraq war, people familiar with the matter said
