The Czech Press Agency reported yesterday that a privatization contract proposal for Cesky Telecom’s sale will be submitted to the Cabinet on Wednesday, November 6. The proposal reportedly calls for the state’s 51% stake in Cesky Telecom to be sold to a Deutsche Bank/TDC consortium via a privatization vehicle called C-Tel (the sale price is EUR 1.82 bil., or approx. CZK 335 per share). The privatization should be completed by the end of November.
