The Prague Business Journal weekly reports that Conoco (which supported Agrofert in the Unipetrol privatization, and which should buy Ceska rafinerska and Benzina from Unipetrol after it is sold to Agrofert) is negotiating with MOL, OMV, and Agip; the negotiations are reportedly related to the planned Ceska rafinerska and Benzina acquisition. Agrofert is reportedly still negotiating exclusively with Conoco. This should not affect the stock, which is currently driven down by concerns about the post-acquisition minority-majority shareholder relationship.
