Ceske radiokomunikace yesterday began paying its CZK 395 per-share gross dividend after a Prague district court rejected a minority shareholder’s legal challenge of the company’s AGM held in April. This is positive for the stock, since uncertainty concerning the AGM’s validity and a court case could have otherwise resulted in further privatization delay. The news may help the stock.
