The company announced that it has signed a supply contract with Severomoravska energeticka, leaving only one supply contract unsigned, with Prazska energeticka. This last contract should be signed within weeks, and would complete contracts with all eight domestic regional distributors. The elimination of uncertainties related to domestic supplies could partially offset the recent negative development related to CEZ supplies to E.ON. Both parties are still searching for a mutually acceptable solution for E.ON’s intention to terminate its contract with CEZ. The stock is not expected to react to yesterday’s announcement.
