Czech Culture Minister Pavel Dostal and his Slovak counterpart Milan Knazko have cancelled their planned participation in a meeting of the Visegrad Four culture ministers in Hungary. The cancellations came after a diplomatic row last week between Hungary, neighboring Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
