The PX 50 index lost again yesterday, down 1.72% at 381.8. News that Cabinet would not discuss Ceske radiokomunikace privatization yesterday, at its last session before a summer recess, sent the stock down 6.44%. The most active stock was again Komercni banka, which lost 0.63%, and closed at CZK 946.50; the stock was rather resistant at CZK 941 level. Cesky Telecom was also under pressure and followed Ceske radio right from the beginning. Cesky Telecom fell 4.56% to close at CZK 334.50. Overall, trading was more active than in the past two days, though the day’s volume of USD 13.6 mil. was still relatively low compared to the previous couple of weeks.
