The Czech government reportedly wants TeleDanmark to pay CZK 12 bil. for the state’s 51% stake in Ceske radiokomunikace (some CZK 765 per share) according to the Prague HN business daily, though the Ministry of Transport and Communications did not confirm this. TeleDanmark is reportedly offering CZK 9 bil. (some CZK 573 per share), according to the paper. The ministry said that TeleDanmark will have exclusivity in negotiations with the government until May 15.
Separately, the company's Q1 unconsolidated CAS results will be released on Friday.
