Czech market closed the third day in red numbers. Index PX declined by 0.65% as main drivers were Komercni banka and Cesky Telecom. CEZ eliminated losses towards the close on late buying from foreign accounts. Erste finished up after new HSBC’s recommendation “overweight“. Philip Morris decreased the most of the day erasing almost 5% on the back of heavy supply. Now it trades at 8.3% dividend yield. Cesky Telecom finished at CZK 470 level when mainly international players were active, stock implies dividend yield of 9.6%. Komercni banka ended below CZK 3,400 and offers 7.35% dividend yield. Good volume went through market today. Especially Cesky Telecom volume more than USD 30m looks supportive.
