Czech market closed up and followed positive sentiment across all CEE markets. Traded volume was slightly below the average, international accounts showed limited activity. CEZ profited from foreign demand and become the best performer of the day. Unipetrol rebounded after being two days in red. Cesky Telecom was the only stock declining on the back of selling from both, domestic and international accounts. The rest of the market was influenced by positive sentiment.
Zentiva: The new healthcare decree, which will come into the effect in two weeks, allows selling drugs (OTC) in supermarkets and gas stations. Impact on Zentiva should be positive.
CEZ: Company officially entered to Hungarian market looking for M&A targets. We expect neutral impact.
