The Czech market decreased and thereby did not show same performance as the rest of the region. We saw mixed trading. The total trading volume was slightly above the average. CEZ and Komerci banka were under selling pressure from international accounts. Zentiva was traded higher whole day, but experienced profit taking towards the end of the session. Philip Morris was lifted in the morning on the back of Altria’s jump, but failed to hold CZK 12,000 level. CME became the worst performer and followed price development in America. Unipetrol increased after strong domestic demand. Telefonica O2 closed up despite cut of outlook from stable to negative by S&P.
