The Czech koruna falls down in Friday session and closes trading at 28,46 CZK/EUR. There were no important local news today. The koruna may be pushed down by the zloty, which launched some profit taking. The Czech currency firmed against the dollar after today US data and closed at 22,31 CZK/USD.
The dollar is weakening across the markets after today preliminary 2Q GDP showed slowing of American economomy. Expectations on further Fed rate hike though fell down, indicating the rates to stay stable in August. The dollar falls sharply against the euro and trades at 1,2765 USD/EUR.
