The Slovak koruna had a rather calm session yesterday, with the exchange rate moving between 37.70 and 37.75 EUR/SKK. There was no fresh news to guide the market. Today, the market is closed because of a national holiday. In the absence of key domestic data releases or events this week, external developments set the tone for the koruna, although any major adjustments in the exchange rate is unlikely before ECB meeting and US payrolls released at the end of the week.
