The market closed down by 0.3% on the back of profit taking. The total traded volume was below the long-term average. CEZ was the most traded stock as usual; company’s day low was at CZK 980 and closing price CZK 987. Komercni banka declined as foreign sellers prevail on the market. Erste Bank was bit volatile and managed to finish slightly in positive territory thanks to upgrade from some analysts. Zentiva was sold off in the morning, but recovered towards the close. CME dropped further after activity from international sellers and its fall accelerated after open of US market. Philip Morris kept the CZK 11,000 level, while traded volumes were low. Telefonica O2 CR closed almost flat as foreigners defended the CZK 475 level.
