The last survey of political preferences shows decreasing interest in political situation as the total number of potential voters dropped to 58% in comparison with 64.5% in June's elections. According to December's poll of CVVM agency the Civic Democrats (ODS) would reach 38% in the Parliament in comparison with 41% in October, the biggest rival Social Democrats (CSSD) gets 23.5% against 26% in October. Greens (12.5% versus 11% in October) would for the first time jumped over Communist (11.5% vs 11%) and also Christian Democrats (11% vs 7%) increased its share.
