The PSE closed down by 0.72% in-line with a global sentiment. We saw very low activity on the Czech market in the morning, but increased volumes in the afternoon. CEZ dragged PX Index down and finished at its day low. The stock was the most traded listing as usual. Also Zentiva was actively traded by foreign investors and gained almost 0.5%.
ECM outperformed the rest of the board on domestic demand after initial coverage from local broker and its recommendation Buy with target price of CZK 2,300 per share. CME lost the most of the day copying negative performance of its US trade line. The total traded volume was below the long term average.
