For stock price forecasts, these concern mainly the estimated financial results of blue-chip companies, quarterly and annual, with a subsequent valuation and defined fair price of the share.

Economy: Basic macro-economic indicators of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. Among the basic macro-economic indicators we include consumer prices (inflation), unemployment, GDP, industrial and building production, retail revenues, prices of industrial products (IPI), balance of payment, direct foreign investments, external debts, government budget, average interest rate and crown exchange rates. The service allows you to download a table with an overview of historical as well as current data, including Patria Finance’s 6-year forecasts!

Treasury: Short-term and long-term forecasts of the development of the Czech crown, the euro and the dollar exchange rate and interest rates. These are a result of the combination of expert estimates and sophisticated econometric models, updated on a regular basis in view of the present economic development and new information. For analysis of the euro-dollar market, we use the know-how of our parent company KBC Bank and KBC Securities, among other resources.

Stocks: The service offers a basic overview of the financial results and indicators of companies whose shares are traded in SPAD of the Prague stock exchange. The tables for Patria Plus clients also show estimates of the Patria analysts. Among the basic financial data we include the companies’ balance sheets and profit and loss statements, among the basic indicators and ‘valuation’ variables are P/E (profit per share), P/CE, P/BV, EV/EBITDA, EV/Revenues and dividend yield.
