The Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced Danubius, Rába, Pannonplast and Econet.hu will join the BUX basket effective from 2 April 2007. Weights are to be set on 26 March 2007 for all index members. On the basis of the index compiostion change, the new BUX basket will contain the following 14 share series: Danubius, Econet.hu, EGIS, ÉMÁSZ, FHB, Fotex, Magyar Telekom, MOL, OTP, Pannonplast, Rába, Richter Gedeon, Synergon, TVK.
Our view: We see the news could have slight positive trading impact on the new BUX members announced. The announcement of new BUX weights could also generate slight market reaction.
