Business Summary: CTP NV is a Netherlands-based commercial real estate developer managing and delivering business parks mainly throughout Central and Eastern Europe, the Netherlands, Austria and Germany. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2024, CTP NV revenues increased 23% to EUR402.4M. Net income increased 14% to EUR533.7M. Revenues reflect Czech Republic segment increase of 7% to EUR135.4M. Net income was partially offset by Interest expense increase of 79% to EUR107M (expense). Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from EUR1.06 to EUR1.19.
