Business Summary: RiverNorth Managed Duration Municipal Income Fund II, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is current income exempt from regular United States (U.S) federal income taxes. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is total return.
