Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, CBL & Associates Properties Inc revenues increased 10% to $422M. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased from $20.1M to $85M. Revenues reflect Open Air Centers segment increase of 42% to $51M, Lifestyle Centers segment increase of 59% to $37.6M, NAREIT FFO - Per Share - Diluted - Total increase of 13% to $1.59. Net income benefited from Open Air Centers segment income increase of 38% to $40.8M.
