Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2025, Ventas Inc revenues increased 13% to $1.36B. Net income totaled $46.9M vs. loss of $14.3M. Revenues reflect SHOP segment increase of 19% to $968.9M, NAREIT FFO - Per Share - Basic - Total increase of 18% to $0.85. Net Income reflects Net Operating Income (NOI) increase of 30% to $264.5M, Shareholder relations matters decrease from $15.7M (expense) to $0K. Dividend per share decreased from $0.63 to $0.45.
