Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Piedmont Realty Trust Inc revenues decreased 1% to $565M. Net loss increased 6% to $83.6M. Revenues reflect Rental and tenant reimbursement revenue decrease of 18% to $445.6M, Property management Fee Revenue decrease of 80% to $348K. Higher net loss reflects Loss on early extinguishment of debt increase from $386K to $37.8M (expense), Depreciation - Investment Property increase of 6% to $165M (expense).
