Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, Urban Edge Properties revenues increased 7% to $352.4M. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased 91% to $81.1M. Revenues reflect Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio - Total increase of 19% to 3.03. Net income benefited from Real Estate segment income increase of 35% to $93.1M, Net Operating Income (NOI) - Total increase of 63% to $217.1M. Dividend per share increased from $0.46 to $0.57.
