Business Summary: Scanfil Oyj is a Finland-based contract manufacturer and systems supplier for telecommunications and electronics industry. The Company’s telecommunications products comprise equipment systems for mobile and telecommunications networks, network integration, as well as assembly and testing of telecommunications modules. Its electronic products include box-build electronic products, electronic modules, backplanes, assembled circuit boards, as well as cable assemblies. Additionally, the Company offers supply chain management services, such as sourcing and purchasing, planning of production processes and technologies, manufacture of prototype series, transfer to serial production, product testing, as well as logistics management. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, Scanfil Oyj revenues increased 3% to EUR586.1M. Net income applicable to common stockholders decreased 5% to EUR27.9M. Revenues reflect APAC segment increase of 29% to EUR165.5M, Americas segment increase of 34% to EUR36.2M. Net income was offset by Central Europe segment income decrease of 21% to EUR12.7M, Group costs and eliminations segment loss increase from EUR200K to EUR1.4M.
