MFC's ownership includes controlling interests in two specialty surgical hospitals located in Arkansas and South Dakota. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, Medical Facilities Corp revenues increased 3% to $254.2M. Net income before extraordinary items decreased 29% to $11.5M. Revenues reflect Facility Service segment increase of less than 1% to $254.2M. Net income was offset by Facility Service segment income decrease of 11% to $46.7M. Dividend per share increased from $0.24 to $0.26.
