Business Summary: Frequency Electronics, Inc. is engaged in the design, development and manufacture of precision timing, frequency generation and radio frequency control products for space and terrestrial applications. The Company operates through two segments: FEI-NY and FEI-Zyfer. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the nine months ended 31 January 2025, Frequency Electronics Inc revenues increased 26% to $49.8M. Net income increased from $3M to $20.5M. Revenues reflect FEI - NY (Comm. & US Govt) segment increase of 22% to $37M, FEI-Zyfer segment increase of 21% to $13.9M. Net income benefited from FEI - NY (Comm. & US Govt) segment income increase from $2M to $7.3M, FEI-Zyfer segment income increase of 50% to $1.5M.
