Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026, Londonmetric Property PLC revenues increased 17% to L464.6M. Net income decreased 15% to L295.7M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income was offset by Net Operating Income - Others decrease of 36% to L6.5M, Profit on revaluation of Property decrease of 36% to L68.2M (income).
