Business Summary: Ventas, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the three months ended 31 March 2026, Ventas Inc revenues increased 22% to $1.66B. Net income increased 19% to $55.9M. Revenues reflect SHOP segment increase of 33% to $1.29B, NAREIT FFO - Per Share - Basic - Total increase of 6% to $0.9. Net income was partially offset by Net Operating Income-Triple Net Leased decrease of 21% to $120.2M, Depreciation and amortization - balance increase of 18% to $354.2M (expense).
