Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2024, AKKO Invest Nyrt revenues increased 25% to HUF19.57B. Net income increased from HUF320M to HUF908M. Revenues reflect Interest Income from property management increase of 78% to HUF112M. Net income benefited from Other Operating Income/Expense decrease from HUF174M (expense) to HUF122M (income), Legal Provisions & Litigation Expenses decrease of 33% to HUF2M (expense).
