Business Summary: SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based real estate investment trust. Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trst revenues decreased less than 1% to C$913.9M. Net income increased 6% to C$251.8M. Revenues reflect Net base rent increase of 3% to C$565.7M, Property operating cost recoveries increase of 10% to C$113.7M, Property tax and insurance recoveries increase of 4% to C$187.1M, also reflect Residential closing Revenue decrease of 70% to C$17.4M.
