Financial Summary: BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Dream Industrial Real Estate Invest Trst revenues increased 7% to C$246M. Net income decreased 31% to C$94.1M. Revenues reflect Ontario segment increase of 13% to C$72.1M, FFO per Share (Diluted) increase of 6% to C$0.26. Net income was offset by Net Operating Income (NOI)-equity decrease of 13% to -C$23M, Fair value adjustments to investment pro increase from C$5.5M to C$25.5M (expense).
